How to Cook Mussels in rich Tomato Basil Sauce


In this cooking tutorial episode we will teach you how to cook mussels in a rich tomato basil sauce.

500 grms of mussels 
3 tbsp of olive oil
2 garlic cloves finely chopped
10 fresh basil leaves
240 grms of whole peeled tomatoes in their juice
3 medium size tomatoes
2 red Chilli & 1 green
1 medium size white onion
1 Tbsp of tomato paste
1/2 Tsp of dried Thyme
1 Tsp of salt
1 Tsp of ground black pepper
1 Tsp of dried oregano
2 dry Bay leaves
Fresh basil leaves for garnishing

Preparation:

1. Finely chopped 2 garlic cloves. Slice the chili.
Dice white onion. Thinly slice 10 basil leaves.
Squeeze a little bit each whole peeled tomato with your hands and set them in a bowl aside.

2. Rinse well the mussels to remove dirt from the shells.

3. Set the stove at medium temperature
Add the chopped garlic, onions and the sliced chili
and cooked it for 1 minute.

4. Add diced tomatoes . Stir fry all vegetables for another minute.

5. Add the 240 grms whole peeled tomatoes and their juice. Mix all the ingredients.

6. Reduce the temperature to medium low. Simmer for about 3 minutes.

7. Add the sliced basil leaves, 1/2 of dried Thyme, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of ground black pepper, 1 tsp of dried oregano. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.

8. Add 1 tbsp of tomato paste and 2 dried bay leaves.
Mix all the ingredients and simmer for 25 minutes.

9. Put the temperature to medium high.
Add the mussels into the pot and cover with a lid.
Cook the mussels for about 4 minutes.

10. Remove the lid and cook for another 4 minutes.
Then switch off the stove and leave it rest for few minutes.

11. In a medium size bowl add the mussels and garnish with fresh basil leaves.

12. Enjoy your meal!!!

300 g of Pork
4 Large Tomatoes
1 Red Onion
4 Spring Onions

Recipe:
1. Hollow out tomatoes
2. Finely chop the pork and add in red onion
3. Season this mix with salt, pepper etc
4. Stuff all tomatoes with the pork mix
5. Add spring onion and seasoning to a pot of water and bring to the boil
6. Carefully add stuffed tomatoes to the broth
7. Allow tomatoes to cook, without overcooking
8. Add to bowl and pour broth around
9. Enjoy!

This is an easy and delicious recipe for a meaty spaghetti sauce with a homemade taste.This recipe’s quickness depends on getting all the sauce ingredients and cooking equipment ready before you start cooking.

Ingredients :
500 grams Hot dogs
1 cup Tomatoes
1 cup Tomato Sauce
2 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Salt
300 grams Spaghetti
1/2 cup Cooking oil
1 Onion

How to :
1.Chop the sausages into a small piece
2.Peel the onion then cut into a half-sized and slice into a small piece
3.Also cut the tomatoes into a small piece
4.Put the spaghetti in the middle of chopped sausages
5.Add the water into a pot over medium heat
6.Once the water has come up to a boil, you can throw the spaghetti in. Typically, it should cool within 7-10 minutes
7.Remove from the pot and transfer the spaghetti to a serving dish
8.Making tomato sauce, add the oil in a wok and place over medium heat
9.When the oil hot, fry the onions and tomatoes until lightly. Follow with tomato sauce then add all seasonings
10.After the sauce is boiling, turn off the heat
11.Transfer the tomato sauce to a serving dish

Hot and Sour chicken soup – Tom Yum Kai


Tom Yum Soup is a popular sour and spicy Thai soup, that can be prepared in less than 30 minutes. The special recipe here add Chicken and Tomatoes as a main ingredient. You would get a different taste with an original one. Should try once.

Ingredients :

400 grams Chicken Breast
50 grams Golden needle mushroom
50 grams Termite Mushroom
7 cherry tomatoes
3 hot Chillies
2 stems Lemon grass
1 Parsley
4 Kaffir Lime Leaves
1/2 tsp Sugar
3 tbsp Fish Sauce
4 tbsp Lime juice
3 cups Chicken Stock

How to :
1.Wash 400 grams chicken breast, cut diagonally into about 1/2 cm thick, 2 cm wide and 4 cm long
2.Cut the tail of golden needle mushroom
3.Also cut the tail of termite mushroom
4.Cut only the stems of 2 lemon grasses
5.Portion at the parsley
6.Pour the chicken stock into a pot, bring to the boil over medium heat
7.Add Parsley, lemon grass and kaffir lime leave in a boiling chicken stock
8.Add the chicken and mushrooms in a pot, continue cooking until everything is cooked through
9.Season to taste with fish sauce, sugar and lime juice
10.When it starts boiling, add tomatoes and chillies
11.Bring back to the boil then turn off the heat
12.Spoon onto a serving dish, serve hot and serve with hot rice

Grilled chicken spicy salad – Yum Kai Yaang


Grilled chicken spicy salad – Yum Kai Yaang is another healthy delicious menu which tastes are sour, sweet and salty. It is widely served in neighbouring countries such as Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia, and has been popularised around the world.

INGREDIENTS:

5 pieces Grilled Chicken
½ onion
1 tsp Minced red spur chilli
1 ½ tbsp Ground roasted peanut
1 tsp Sugar
1 tbsp Fish sauce
1 tbsp Vinegar
1 tbsp Lime juice
** Lecture leaves and tomato slices for garnish

HOW TO :

1. Cut ½ onion into a small piece.
2. Slice tomato for garnish
3. Mince red spur chilli for 1 tbsp
4. Ground roasted peanut
5. Grill 5 pieces chicken
6. Add all ingredients except peanuts to a pot and bring to the over medium heat
7. Turn off the heat, add peanuts and stir well
8. Cut the chicken into slices and put in a mixing bowl. Toss well with the spicy dressing.
9. Follow with an onions and toss again
10. Arrange on a bed of lettuce and cabbage on a serving dish, garnish with onion and tomato slices, serve at once.
