Dill soup with chicken


Ingredients:
Chicken tie 1unit
Inside part of chicken 300g
Pork seasoning 1 tbs
Fish sauce 1 tbs
Chilli 12-15 units
Shallots 4 units
Lemongrass 2 units
Long bean 2 lines
Cabbage 1/4
Vegetables (Any)
Water
Fish fermented juice 1tbs
Galangal

How to cook:
Prepare all ingredients
Prepare the chicken
Boil the ingredients first
Then put the chicken later on
Wait until the chicken is cooked
Put the vegetables
Serve in the bowl

Add on with any kind of vegetable you like as the side dish

Stir-fried clams with garlic sauce


Ingredients:
Clams 700g
Chilli oil 1tbs
Pork seasoning 1teaspn
Fish sauce 1tbs
Sugar 1tbs
Oil
Light soya suace 1tbs
Black pepper seeds 1teaspn
Shrimp oil 1tbs
Spring onion 2 lines

How to cook:
Fry the garlic and the other ingredients
Put the clams in the pan to fry
Put other seasonings
Bring them out the the plate
Ready to be served

How to cook:
Prepare the seafood parts
Slide cabbage
mix curry with egg
Put all ingredients inside
Prepare the coconut
Put the curry inside the coconut
Steam the coconut
Serve

Ingredients:

Pork liver 300g
Red eyes chills 1tbs
Ground rice 2tbs
Lime juice 3tbs
Shallots 2tbs
Fish sauce 2tbs
mint leaves1/4

How to cook:
Prepare the ingredients (Chop and cut)
Boil the liver
Put the ingredients and make the taste
Decorate the plate
Put the salad in the plate
Serve

How it tastes:
This dish has very low calories and full of vitaminB. The small of the liver is too light, you will just smell the herbs inside this dish esp.ground rice. This dish goes well with hot steamed rice.

Ground rice 2tbs
Ground chills 2tbs
Mints 100g
Coriander 200g
Lemon 3 units

How to cook:
Clean apple snails
Boil apple snails
Prepare the ingredients (Chop,cut, slide)
Put the ingredients and cook with apple snails (make your taste)

Ingredients:

Ox bile 2 tbs
Fish sauce 2tbs
Corianders 100g
beef 500g
ground rice 2 tbs
Blood 200ml
Lemon or lime 3 units
Chilli powder 2 tbs
Mints 100g
Onion 1 unit

Add on with any kind of vegetable you like as the side dish

How to cook:
Mince the meat and beef’s blood
Prepare the ingredients
Put the blood and ingredients inside the same cooking bowl
Mix them well
Decorate by putting mint on top of the salad

How it tastes:
This dish has very strong smell and it taste a bit weird for the first trial, people might throw up for the first swallowing. But you wont have a strong smell of blood because of the herbs’ smell and taste. Just try to it once and then you can share this to the world!!!

Fried Sweet Banana [ Kluay Thawt ]


Fried Sweet Banana [ Kluay Thawt ] are a popular dessert and snack food in Thailand and throughout Southeast Asia. The only ingredients are banana, flour, vanilla and milk. All health beneficial and crispy-yummy.

Ingredient :

2 cups Flour
1 cup Milk
2 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Icing
1 Egg
2 Bananas
Oil for cooking

How to :

1.Add 2 cups all purpose flour into a mixing bowl, followed by 1/2 tsp salt. Then add 1 cup milk and 2 tsp Vanilla ; stir them well
2.Break 1 egg and mix until becomes a yellow smooth
3.Peel 2 bananas and chop into a bite-sized
4.Add the oil into a wok over medium heat
5.Take chopped bananas mix with a mixed flour and stirred egg before deep-fried
6.Then deep-fried bananas until it’s brown and cooked
7.After it’s cooked, remove from a wok and drain
8.Transfer to a serving plate and topped with icing

Stuffed cucumber in plain soup

ingredients:

5-6 Cucumber
Coriander root
Spring Onion
Pepper
Garlic
Tapioca flour
Oyster sauce
Salt 1/4 Tsp.
200 grams Minced pork
Onion
Shallot

Methed

1. Pound pepper in mortar first, until fine

2. Add Garlic, try to remove its skin by scrub by hands, pound it mix well

3. Cut off coriander, we use just it root and slice fine, put in mortar and pound.

4. Put all in mortar on top of Minced pork

5. Add 1 Tbs Oyster sauce , and squeez it together until mix

6. Wrap with plastic wrap and rest in fridge

7. Peel cucumber and try to slice it about 6-7 inch

8. Scoop cucumber out by spoon, this part will add the mixing Minced pork

9. Carefully and do it slow

10. Fill in with mixing Minced pork

11. Boil water and put cucumber in it, wait until hot

12. Add salt, Tapioca flour, 2 Tbs Oyster sauce

13. Wait about 10 min. and its ready now!!

Fried Mackerel Fish with Red Curry Paste

ingredients:

Red Chili
Garlic
shallot
galangal
kaffir lime
lemongrass
kaffir lime leaves
Oyster sauce
Shrimp paste
Sugar
Coconut milk
Mackerel fish
Salt

Method

1. Slice the lemongrass to small pieces and rest on dish

2. Then Slice the galangal and also rest

3. Peel the kaffir lime, we use just it kaffir lime rind. This ingrediant make unique smell for dish.

4. Choose the good Garlic and peel it skin off.

5. Peel the shallot

6. Then, prepare mortar, put dried chili and salt, pound it quicly

7. And put all ingrediant we prepare in the dish.

8. Pound it all untill mix together, try to slowdown and pound gently.

9. After that, put the shrimp paste, it will smelly but yummy.

10. Prepare the pan and put the coconut milk first

11. Then, put mix ingrediant from mortar

12. Stir slowly and wait until boil

13. Put Sugar and follow with oyster sauce

14. Then, place the Mackerel fish on the top, try to flip it.

15. Pour the coconut milk again on the top, Stir well

16. Finished!! by put kaffir lime leaves and slice and Red Chili on top
