Stir-fried Rice Vermicelli with Prawn and Roasted Chilli Paste [ Phat Mhee Nam-prik-pao Koong ]


Stir-Fry is one of the most popular Thai dishes. It is loaded with delicious ingredients like prawns, noodles, pepper bell, and roasted chilli paste etc. This recipe is very easy to make and using less than 15 minutes

Ingredients :
200 grams Rice Vermicelli
2 Chinese Kale
5 Prawns
6 Chillies
2 Pepper ball
1 tbsp Cooking oil
1 tbsp Roasted chilli paste
2 Peeled garlics
1 tsp Fish sauce
1 tbsp Oyster sauce
1 tsp Sugar

How to :
1.Chop Chinese kale into a piece
2.Clean the prawns, shell and de-vein. Remove the heads but keep the tails intact
3.Slice and mince hot chillies
4.Slice and mince garlics
5.Heat oil over medium heat and fry garlic until fragrant, followed by adding prawns and stir well
6.Season with roasted chilli paste, chilli, pepper ball, oyster sauce, fish sauce and sugar
7.Then add chopped Chinese kale and stir until soft
8.When the Chinese kale is soft, add rice vermicelli. Stir until everything is mixed
9.Transfer to a serving dish and serve while hot

Ingredients :
Pork grind 100 g
Prawns 100 g
Dumpling plate
Garlic 5-6 cloves
½ teaspoon oil
1 teaspoon soy sauce

How to :
1. Peeling the praws

5. Put the pork into the dumplings and make a rose by following in the clips
6. Set the oil when hot oil Bring the dumplings into a pan then frying
7. When dumplings are cooked Put the sieve and drain oil
8. Bring dumplings to the plate then ready to eat

Crispy Pea Flower with Sweet Prawn Sauce [ Yum Aun-Chan Thawt Sauce Koong Waan ]


This pea flower is native to tropical equatorial Asia. The most striking feature about this plant is the color of its flowers, a vivid deep blue. It has many advantages including cooking. This recipe is a deep-fried pea flower mixed with all purpose flower. It comes with a delicious sauce which is a sweet prawn sauce.

Ingredients :
1 cup Pea flowers
1/2 cup All purpose flour
1/4 cup Water
1 Egg

DRESSING :
1 tbsp Minced pork
3 Fresh prawns
1 and 1/2 tbsp Lime juice
1 tbsp Chopped spring onion
1 tbsp Fish sauce
1/2 cup Water
1/4 cup Sliced carrot
1/2 tsp Sugar

How to :
1.Clean the prawns, shell and de-vein. Remove heads and tails then slice into a small piece
2.Boil minced pork and sliced prawns until cooked
3.Transfer to a cup and drain out from water
4.Mix all purpose flour with egg and water and mix until it’s pretty prepared
5.Then mix pea flowers with mixed flour and deep-fry until golden and brown
6.Remove from a wok and drain on sieve
7.Dressing : mix sugar, water, fish sauce, lime juice, spring onion, carrot and boiled pork and prawn together
8.Transfer all fried pea flower and serve with sweet prawn sauce

Ingredients:
200 g. Thinly sliced coconut shoot
5 pcs shiitake mushroom
50g. Celery
5 chili
4 garlic
1 tsp sugar
50 g. Minced pork
4 prawn
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 + 1/2 tbsp white soy sauce


How to:
1. Chopped the pork
2. Remove the shell and devein for prawn
3. Chopped the shiitake mushroom
4. Thinly sliced the coconut shoot
5. Cut the chili, celery into 2 inch. long pieces
6. Remove the peel of garlic and chop
7. Boiled the water
8. Add coconut shoot in after that scoop it up
9. Add shiitake mushroom in
10. Add oil in the heat pan
11. Add garlic stir fry the garlic until its become yellow
12. Add minced pork to stir fry with

Very Super Spicy Instant Noodle Salad [ Yum Mama Koong Sod Na-lok Taak ]


Here is a dish we eat regularly using instant noodles. If you’ve never bored normal regular instant noodle before, try the Yum Mama Koong Sod Na-lok Taak first! It’s is very easy and quick to make this recipe.

Ingredients :
Boiled instant noodle
1 cup Fresh prawns
1/4 Cabbage
1/4 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Fish sauce
1/4 cup Pickled fish juice
7 Hot chillies
1 tbsp Tamarind juice
1/4 tsp Chilli powder
1 tbsp lime juice
1/4 cup Melted palm sugar

How to :
1.Clean the prawns, shell and de-vein. Remove the heads but keep the tails intact
2.Slice the cabbage into a long length
3.Chop hot chillies into a small piece
4.Boil 4 cups water,then boil all prawns until cooked and boil the cabbage until soft. Transfer them to a bowl
5.Mix boiled instant noodle with oregano, sugar, palm sugar, lime juice, tamarind juice, chillies, pickled fish juice and fish sauce then add prawns and cabbage. Stir until mixed
6.Transfer to a serving plate

Spicy Glass Noodle with Acacia Stir-Fried Recipe [ Koong Phat Wun-sen Cha-omm Khai ] is an adapted recipe from an original Thai spicy salads by adding Acacia and egg to get more tasty with a few exceptions, fall into four main methods of preparation.

Ingredients :
200 grams Mung bean noodle
1 cup Acacia
4 Fresh prawns
2 Eggs
8 Dried chillies
6 Peeled garlics
4 Red chillies
1 tbsp Cooking oil
1 cup Chicken Stock
1 tsp Pepper
1 tbsp Oyster sauce

How to :
1.Clean the prawns, shell and de-vein. Remove heads but keep the tails intact and cut diagonally into a small piece
2.Cut the heads of red chillies and mince them finely
3.Chop and mince the garlics
4.Preheat the oil over medium-high heat, fry garlic and chilli together then add prawns, dried chillies and stir-fry until cooked
5.Crack 2 eggs into a wok and toss well. Follow with Acacia and continue tossing
6.After that add mung bean noodle then season to taste with oyster sauce and pepper
7.Stir to mix throughly
8.Arrange on a serving dish and serve while hot

Spicy Crispy Tofu (Yum Tao Huu Krob)


The recipes is great taste for spicy lover. This dish is perfect blend of sweet, sour, salty, and spicy. But spicy salad is so simple. So we add Crispy Tofu eggs to mixed it to make it different but delicious.

Ingredients :
1 Celery
1/4 Onion
1/2 Tomato
1 Tofu egg
Golden needle mushroom
7 Fresh chili
5 Garlics
2 TSP Sugar
1 TBSP Fish sauce
3-4 TBSP Lime juice
Crispy flour
Shrimp
Minced pork

How to :
1. Chop the garlic, chili into small pieces.
2. Remove shell shrimps and devein.
3. Chop a pork into minced pork.
4. Chop Tofu egg.
5. Slide Tomato and Onion.
6. Dip Tofu egg with crispy flour.
7. Fill oil into the pot and let it boil.
8. Put Tofu eggs into heaven oil, then fry it until it done.
9. Pour the golden needle mushroom, shrimp and minced pork. Wait till it cooked.
10. Combine garlics, chili, fish sauce, lime juice, and sugar. Mixed it together.
11. Add onion, tomato, minced pork, shrimps. Mixed it.
12. Last put the crispy Tofu eggs in the mixing bowl.

8-12 Fresh water prawns
4 Garlics
2 Spring onion
1 Coriander root
1 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Sugar
2 tbsp Cooking oil

How to :

1.Wash the prawns, shell and de-vein. Remove the heads but keep the tails intact
2.Peel and mince the garlics
3.Chop the spring onion into a small piece
4.Mince the coriander root finely
5.Fry the garlic, coriander root and pepper in oil over medium heat until fragrant
6.Then add prawns and stir until almost cooked
7.Add sugar, fish sauce and spring onion. Stir until it’s mixed and cooked
8.Transfer to a serving dish, spoon onto a dish

Ingredients :
300 grams Mung bean noodle
6 – 7 Prawns
3 Chillies
3 Garlics
1 Lemongrass
100 grams Mushrooms
3 Dried Chillies
4 – 5 Kaffir lime leaves
2 tsp Roasted chilli paste
1 Galangal

How to :

1.Wash, shell and de-vein the prawns. Remove the heads but keep the tails intact
2.Take the head of chillies out and chop them into a small piece
3.Peel and mince the garlics
4.Slice lemongrass into a long length
5.Slice the galangal finely
6.Add soup into a mixing bowl, followed by chilli, garlic, roasted chilli paste and stir them until mixed then add mung bean noodle into a mixing bowl and stir until it’s pretty prepared
7.Heat the oil in a wok and add dried chillies, kaffir lime leave, lemongrass and galangal. Followed by prawns and mushroom the stir until cooked
8.Add glass noodle and all mixtures into a wok and cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes
9.Transfer to a serving plate

Deep-Fried Tofu with Prawn Sauce [ Tao-hu Song-kaeung

300 grams Boarded Tofu, cut into bite-sized

2 tbsp Corn starch dilute with water concentratedly
3-4 Peeled garlics
2 tbsp Oyster sauce
1 tsp Pepper
2 tsp Sugar
2 tbsp Cooking oil

How to :
1.Turn on a wok over medium heat, add sufficient amount of oil to deep fry
2.When the oil is hot, add tofu to deep fry over medium heat until golden and brown in both sides. Remove from the heat and drain
3.Wash, shell and de-vein the prawns. And remove the heads but keep the tails
4.Finely slice Chinese mushrooms
5.Slice and mince the garlics well
6.Turn on a wok over medium heat and add 2 tbsp cooking oil
7.Then add the minced garlic and stir them
8.Add prawns and stir until the prawns are cooked
9.Add sliced carrot and sliced mushroom and stir well after that add corn starch dilute with water concentratedly, Followed by oyster sauce, pepper and sugar then stir them until everything is mixed
10.This recipe consisted of the bed of fried tofu and topped with prawn sauce
