Steaming Minced pork patty is pretty fast, simple and well-liked among the old and the young. Altough, it is not a really common household dish but many of Thais probably ate before and easy to cook at home.

INGREDIENTS
* 450 grams minced pork
* 100 grams minced shrimp
* 5 salted Egg Yolks
* 4 coriander roots
* 4 garlic cloves
* 1 teaspoon ground pepper
* 1 tablespoon soy sauce
* 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

HOW TO
1. Grind coriander root, garlic and pepper in a mortar and pound until mixed thoroughly.
2. In a big bowl, mix together the coriander root + garlic + pepper mixture with minced pork, minced shrimp, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce and oil (If you want soft pork). Let marinate for 30 minutes
3. Spoon the mixture 2 tbsp; shape into small patties about 3″ in diameter.
4. Then put the salted egg yolk on top of the patties.
5. Heat water in a steamer. Wait until boiling, then place the prepared pork.
6. Steam for 15 minutes or until cooked.
7. Remove from heat.
8. Sprinkle with coriander leaves

INGREDIENTS:
* 300 g mince pork
* 150 g Shiitake mushroom
* 1 cup carrot, Cut into cubes
* 1 tablespoon minced garlic
* 1 teaspoon sugar
* 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
* 2 tablespoons soy sauce
* 1 tablespoon pepper
* 2-3 eggs
* 2 tablespoons cooking oil

HOW TO:
1. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat. Add chopped garlic and stir until yellow and fragrant. Add mushroom and carrots. Stir fry until all vegetables are cooked. Then add minced pork and fry until nearly cooked.
2. Season with oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar and pepper. Stir until all ingredients mixed thoroughly. Remove from heat and set aside.
3. Beat eggs in the bowl and stir until mixed well. Then fry in the pan to make thin omelette. Remove from heat.
4. Add the stir fried minced pork (prepared in step 2) on the omelet (place it a the side nearest to you), then gently roll up the egg to enclose filling (also fold the egg edge inside as you go and make it tight).
5. Slice the egg roll into well pieces then arrange it to a serving plate. Garnish with lettuces. Serve immediately with hot steamed rice

INGREDIENTS:
* 2 Burger breads
* 150 grams Fresh pork
* 5 cloves garlic, finely chopped
* 1/2 cup onion, sliced
* 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
* 2 teaspoons black soy sauce
* 2 tablespoons f
* 1 cup fresh holy basil
* 7 chillies, chopped and pounded coarsely

HOW TO:
1. Deep fry the egg in a wok only one side of the egg.
2. Heat a wok until the oil is hot, then stir in the garlic. Stir another few seconds before adding the minced pork. Continue Stir-frying until minced pork is cooked throughly.
3. Add chillies and sprinkle with soy sauce over the mixture and stir-fry another 15-20 seconds.
4.Then add fresh basil leaves to taste. Stir and mix well. Sprinkle with white pepper. Remove from heat.
5. Put the fried egg on a burger bread. Follow by minced pork with basil leaves. And put another side of burger bread on top.

1/2 onion
5 garlic clove

How to :

1. Cut onion, cut spring onion into 2 inch. long pieces
2. Chopped garlic, chili
3. Cut century egg into half, cut chili into half also
4. Then bring century eggs dip with crispy flour
5. Heat the oil in a pot and put crispy century egg to fried
6. Add oil in medium heat, add garlic, chili, minced pork and stir until its cooked well
7. Add onion, fish sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, crispy century eggs, spring onion, and chili
8. Ready to serve

INGREDIENTS
*300 g pork
*300 g flat noodle
*100 g halved cherry tomatoes

*1 cube of soup
*½ corn starch dilute with some water
*1 tbs. finely chopped garlic
*1 ½ tbs. sugar
*1 tbs. oyster sauce
*2 tbs. Oil

HOW TO:
1. Preheat the wok until smoking hot, lightly grease the wok with oil and add flat noodle. Wait until the burn scent can be smell, then add dark soy sauce and stir. Continue to stir until thoroughly then, set aside.
2. In the same wok, add a little bit of oil and add garlic and stir well until fragrant. Add onion, carrot and minced pork.
3. Gently add corn starch dilute with some water
4. Season with sugar, soy sauce and oyster sauce. (add dark soy sauce if you need more color)
5. Add halved cherry tomatoes and crush against the back of spatula .
6. Gently pour the sauce over flat noodle, serve with lettuce.
