3 of Duck egg
2 tablespoon Red Curry Paste
1 tablespoon Palm Sugar
1 tablespoon fish Sauce
Kaffir Lime Leaf
1/2 cup of Coconut Milk
1. Boil the duck egg for 4 minutes duck egg and cut them in half.
2. Put the oil in the pan . Add red curry paste and coconut milk to stir until curry with coconut milk together.
3. Season with palm sugar and fish sauce then stir together.
4.Remove red curry on medium-boiled egg.
5. Sprinkle with goat pepper and kaffir lime leaves . Serve immediately with steamed rice
