1 tbsp Roasted chilli paste
1/2 Shallot
6 Sliced galangal
1 Lemon grass

How to :
1.Crack 4 eggs into a bowl and stir until mixed
2.Finely shred kaffir lime leaves
3.Slightly crushed Thai hot chillies
4.Slice shallot and Lemon grass finely
5.Heat oil over medium heat, fry stirred egg in hot oil until brown and golden
