Yakisoba


Yaki soba is japanese foods contains with yaki soba noodle, carrot, cabbage, minced pork, and other seasoning. It very popular food as you can see everywhere especially street food. However, it very easy to cook at home for your family.

ngredients:
Yakisoba noodle
1 tbsp Cooking oil
3 Garlic clove
1 cup of Minced pork
1 tbsp Seasoning sauce
1 tbsp Oyster sauce
1/2 tsp Salt
Pepper
Cabbage
Half of carrot

How to :
1. Chopped garlic
2. Cut the cabbage, cut carrot into stick
3. Heat oil in a medium and the add garlic
4. Add minced pork when garlics is golden
5. Add Yakisoba noodle to stir fried, add vegetable, oyster sauce, seasoning sauce, salt
6. After finished adding all, add pepper in last step

Ingredients:
Cabbage
Black pepper
Pork
garlics
1 tbsp oster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar

Seasoning dressing
1 tbsp coconut sugar
1 lemon
4garlics
1 tbsp fish sauce

How to:
1. Chopped the minced pork
2. Pound garlics and black pepper together
3. Mixed minced pork, garlic, oyster sauce and sugar
4. Drop Chinese cabbage boiled water
5. Put the mixture in the center of Chinese cabbage and roll it
6. Put the its in the steamer
7. Steam about 30 minutes
How to Seasoning dressing
1. Pound garlics, chili
2. And add fish sauce, lime juice, coconut sugar and pound

2 Canned Mackerel
5 Shallots
1 Galingal
3 pieces Lemon grass
4-5 Lemon leaf
2 Oriji mushroom
1 cup of Water
2 Coriander
1 tbsp Thai chili paste
1 tbsp Fish sauce
7 Chili
2 tbsp Lime juice
3 Culantro

How to :
1. Sliced the Oriji mushroom, galangal
2. Tear the lemon leaf
3. Crushed the lemon grass, shallots, chili
4. Chopped the culantro
5. Filled the water into the pot to boiled
6. Add shallots, lemon leaf, lemon grass, galangal and let’s it boiled
7. Add Mackerel, continue to boiled until its cooked
8. Add Oriji mushroom, lime juice, fish sauce, Thai chili paste, chili,

Ingredients:
Butter fly pea. 10g
Mussles 10 pieces
Red chilli 7units
Syrup 100ml
Fish sauce 2tbs
Lemon 2 units
Tomato 1/2
Onion 1/2
Vermicelli 1 roll
Water
Spring onion 2 units
Corainder 2 units

How to cook:
Get the juice from the butterfly pea.
Cut the squid
Prepare the ingredients
Soak the vermicelli with the butterfly pea juice
Boil the seafood
Put the vermicelli inside the pot
Make the sauce
Put the sauce in the vermicelli
Mix them
Ready to be served

Ingredients:
Shrimp 5 units
Squid 1 unit
Lemon 1unit
Fish sauce 1tbs
Pork seasoning 1tbs
Egg 3 units
Chilli paste 1tbs

How to cook:

Prepare the shrimps and squid
Prepare the herbs
Put the herbs inside the boiling water
Cooking the eggs
Put the eggs into the steaming pot
Make the Tom Yum sauce
Put the shrimps and squids on top of the steaming egg
Put the sauce on top at last
Ready to be served

How it tastes:
This dish can be as the main dish, the steamed eggs is replace for the rice and you can taste full of Tom yum sauce inside your mouth; taste of sour and spicy.

This dish is simple and easy to make and the sweet and sour sauce was amazing. Put the chicken first cooked by boiling in a stock of fish sauce and serve with Thai style seafood dipping sauce.

Ingredients :
1/2 cup of fish sauce
5 coriander root
5-7 garlics
1 liter of water
1 TBSP oyster sauce
1 TBSP soy sauce
1 TBSP black soy sauce
1/2 cup of sugar
1 drumstick
1/2 TSP black Thai pepper

Thai style seafood dipping sauce
2 TBSP fish sauce
5 garlics
1 lemon
4 fresh chili
5 coriander root
1 TBSP coconut sugar

How to :
1. Garlics, coriander root, black Thai pepper and pound it.
2. Fill the water into the pot. Let it boiled.
3. Add coriander root, garlics, black Thai pepper that you pound it
4. Add fish sauce, soy sauce, black soy sauce, and oyster sauce wait until it boiled.
5. Put drumstick in. Wait for 20 minutes.
6. Flip to another side

1. Combine fish sauce, garlics, lemon, fresh chili, coriander root, and coconut sugar Pound it together

This is a quick pork recipes that is very easy to cook and require a few ingredients of some vegetable and tomato sauce mixed together with grill pork chop.

200 Grams Pork spare ribs
4 Garlics
1 TBSP Sugar
3 TBSP Tomato sauce
1/2 cup of Oyster sauce
1/2 cup of Onion
1 TBSP Black Thai pepper
1 TBSP Chili sauce
1 TBSP Cooking oil
1/2 TSP Salt

How to:
1. Chop garlic, onion into the small pieces.
2. Heat the oil in the frying pan.
3. Great the spare ribs pork in the pan until it cooked well.
4. Take the cooked spare ribs pork out.
5. Add garlics, onion, oyster sauce, tomato sauce, chili sauce, and sugar.
6. Stir well and let it cooked.
7. Add salt.
8. Put he cooked spare ribs pork into the mixture sauce.
9. Let it cooked about 10 minutes.

Pandan Sago


Ingredients:

Topioca flour 1tbs
Soft sweet topioca pellets 250g
Coconut residue 500g
Corn 1 unit
water 500ml
salt 1tbs
Brown sugar 2 mcups

How to cook:
Prepare the corn
Make the coconut juice
Put the sago seeds in the boiling water
Put corn
Stir until it is getting sticky
Heating the coconut milk and add some needed ingredients
Put the sago in the small bowl
Put the coconut sauce on top of the sago
Ready to be served

How it tastes:
This is sticky Thai dessert with plenty of good smell; coconut,pandan. This dessert is sweet and milky. Recommended after all meals
