Buffalo Chicken Wings – American Spicy Chicken Wings


Buffalo Chicken Wings are delicious chicken wings that are usually served as an appetizer. It comes with a dipping sauce (such as ranch or blue cheese dressing) and is best eaten with celery sticks.

Ingredients:

– Chicken 6 wings
– 1/2 tsp pepper
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp paprika
– 1/2 cup flour
– 1/2 tsp ground garlic
– 1 tbsp honey
– 3 cups cooking oil
– 1/4 cup hot sauce
– 1 tbsp ketchup
– Butter
– Mayonnaise and celery for dip

Procedure:

1. Combine flour, salt, ground black pepper and paprika in a mixing bowl. Mix well.

2. In a bowl, pour the flour mixture on the chicken wings. Mix thoroughly.

3. Heat a cooking pot and pour-in cooking oil.

4. Deep fry the chicken wings for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

5. Melt the butter in a pan add hot sauce, ground black pepper, paprika, ground garlic for the coating. Stir thoroughly.

6. Dip the fried chicken wings in the butter mixture. Mix to distribute the sauce evenly.

7. Transfer on a serving plate and prepare the dip with celery.

8. Serve with dip.

Crab Cakes – Cake Stuffed with Crab Meat


Crab cake is a variety of fishcake that is popular in the United States. It is composed of crab meat and various other ingredients, such as bread crumbs, mayonnaise, eggs, and seasonings, particularly The cake is then sautéed, baked, grilled or, the most popular choice, broiled and fried.

Ingredients:

– 1 lb crab meat
– 1 tsp dry mustard
– Breadcrumbs
– Cayenne pepper powder
– Ground black pepper
– 2 pieces bell pepper
– 1/4 cup mayonnaise
– Parsley leaves
– Lemon zest
– 1 egg
– 1/2 slice of lemon
– 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
– 1/4 tsp garlic powder
– 3 tbsp cooking oil
– 1 tbsp butter
– All-purpose flour

For the dip:

– 1 tbsp capers
– 1 tbsp mustard
– 1 tbsp minced onions
– 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Procedure:

1. Prepare the vegetables, mince the bell pepper and chop the parsley leaves.

2. Beat the egg in a bowl, add mayonnaise. Continuously beat while adding salt, ground black pepper, dry mustard, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper powder, lemon zest and garlic powder. Mix thoroughly.

3. Add the minced bell pepper, chopped parsley leaves and then the crab meat. Mix until everything is well-combined.

4. Put 6 scoops of the crab meat mixture in an aluminum foil. Roll the foil to form a cylinder and lock the edges. Refrigerate for an hour or more.

5. Remove from cold and slice into circles crosswise. Put in a wide container and set aside.

6. Sprinkle flour on the crab cakes. Turn and make sure every part is floured well. Set aside.

7. Heat the oil in a cooking pan. Melt the butter and remove the aluminum foil and cook the crab cakes. Cook until browned, about 4 to 5 minutes. Flip to cook every part.

8. For the dip, combine the capers, minced garlic, mustard and mayonnaise. Mix well.

9. Transfer in a serving plate, garnish and serve.

Pancit Lomi – Filipino Style Thick Noodle Soup


Lomi or Pancit Lomi is a type of noodle soup dish that makes use of thick egg noodles. Although this dish originated from the Chinese, several different regional variations became available throughout the years.

Ingredients:
– 1 red onion
– 4 cloves garlic
– Chicharon (pork cracklings or pork rinds)
– 1 cup squid balls
– 1/4 lb pig’s liver
– 1/4 lb. pork
– 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
– 1 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
– 1 tablespoons soy sauce
– 1/2 cup water (for flour mix)
– Ground black pepper
– Eggs
– 1 pork broth cube
– 1 cabbage
– 1 lb. miki noodles

Procedure:
1. Prepare the vegetables. Mince the garlic and onion into tiny bits. Chop the cabbage. Set aside.
2. Cut the squid balls in half. Slice the pork into thin strips and the pig’s liver into small pieces.
3. Make a flour mixture by adding 1/2 cup water in a bowl with flour. Mix thoroughly.
4. Heat the cooking oil in a pot. Sauté the garlic, onions, sliced pork strips and pig’s liver. Cook for 1 minute.
5. Add the pork broth cube and pour-in fish sauce and soy sauce. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Mix thoroughly.
6. After a minute or two add ground black pepper then pour 3 cups of water. Mix well. Let it boil and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.
7. Once boiling, add the miki noodles. Stir thoroughly and simmer for 5 minutes.
8. After simmering, add the flour mixture, put-in the chopped cabbage. Stir well.
9. Beat an egg and add it into the soup. Mix the ingredients thoroughly.
10. Boil the remaining eggs and cut it in half for garnish.
11. Get 1 pack of chicharon and crush the contents for additional flavor and garnish.
12. Transfer into a serving bowl and garnish with eggs and crushed chicharon. You can also add onion leeks as an option.
13. Serve well. Share and enjoy!

This menu is a common dish for Thais, you can find it easy in street food. The taste will be spicy, sweet and sour mixed with the potash preserved eggs which will give you different taste.

INGREDIENTS
* 3 potash preserved eggs (Kai Jeauw Maa)
* 5-10 chilies
* 3 gloves garlic
* 2 tablespoons lime juice
* 2 tablespoons fish sauce
* 1 teaspoon sugar
* 1 tomato
* ½ cup spring onions
* ½ cup celeries
* 1/4 cup sliced red onion
* celery leaves, roasted peanuts (for garnishing)

HOW TO
1. Chopped red onion (thinly sliced), tomato (thinly sliced), spring onion (cut into 1″ long), celery (cut into 1″ long). Then peel and cut the eggs into 4 pieces.
2. Use a mortar and pestle to crush the garlic and chilies.
3. In a big bowl. Season with fish sauce, lime juice, chilies and sugar.
4. Add red onion, tomato, spring onion and celery. Stir until all mixed well.
5. Pour the sauce over potash preserved eggs.
6. Garnish with celery leaves and roasted peanuts.

1.Peel carrot finely and chop into a long length
