Deep-Fried Tofu with Prawn Sauce [ Tao-hu Song-kaeung

Deep fried tofu with prawn sauce [ Tao-hu Song-kaeung ] is yummy recipe and tasty sauce from easy to find ingredients. This recipe consisted of the bed of fried tofu and topped with prawn sauce.

Ingredients :

300 grams Boarded Tofu, cut into bite-sized
100 grams Fresh prawns
3 Chinese mushrooms
50 grams Sliced carrot
2 tbsp Corn starch dilute with water concentratedly
3-4 Peeled garlics
2 tbsp Oyster sauce
1 tsp Pepper
2 tsp Sugar
2 tbsp Cooking oil

How to :
1.Turn on a wok over medium heat, add sufficient amount of oil to deep fry
2.When the oil is hot, add tofu to deep fry over medium heat until golden and brown in both sides. Remove from the heat and drain
3.Wash, shell and de-vein the prawns. And remove the heads but keep the tails
4.Finely slice Chinese mushrooms
5.Slice and mince the garlics well
6.Turn on a wok over medium heat and add 2 tbsp cooking oil
7.Then add the minced garlic and stir them
8.Add prawns and stir until the prawns are cooked
9.Add sliced carrot and sliced mushroom and stir well after that add corn starch dilute with water concentratedly, Followed by oyster sauce, pepper and sugar then stir them until everything is mixed
10.This recipe consisted of the bed of fried tofu and topped with prawn sauce
